Yes, but as you’ll see from their blog post, they only set cookies on your system with your consent. If you’re noticing cookies being set, chances are you consented on another web site and those settings are being used here as well (because it’s the same platform).

App Policies

Downloaded one of my apps? Any apps that require extended permissions eg RECORD_AUDIO permission on Android may also be used with these features turned off. However, a degradation in functionality is to be expected accordingly.

Suffice to say, data collected on any apps that require extended permissions is not used beyond debugging purposes.

Any issues with this, then don’t use the app.
